By purchasing or using our products, you understand and agree that the installation and use of aftermarket vehicle parts and accessories involves risk, and you assume all such risk and release any claims against Black Buck Overland related to the purchase, installation, or use of our products, including any injury or death to persons or damage to property related thereto.

Many products sold on this site are intended for off-road use only, where allowed by law. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in any jurisdiction where the products are used. Black Buck Overland does not represent or warrant that your use of our products is allowed by law except as specifically stated, and we will not be liable for any penalties, citations, or fines related thereto.

By purchasing or using any of our products, you waive and release any and all claims against Black Buck Overland related to the purchase, installation, or use of such product, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Buck Overland and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising from or related to:

(a) injury or death to any person or damage to any property resulting from or related to the purchase, installation, or use of any of our products;
(b) failure to comply with any applicable federal, state, local, or tribal law;
(c) failure to comply with any vehicle owner manual, warnings, or safety instructions; and/or
(d) failure to comply with any of our terms, conditions, policies, or instructions.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute arising from or in connection with this disclaimer or the purchase of any of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
